Down to earth. That’s how we want our design to be, but it’s also how we want to be. We at DBKD create modern classics with a Scandinavian touch for your home or office. Founded in 2012 in the Swedish countryside, our designs focus on quality and inspiration to enhance your space year after year.

Our journey started in the small town of Vara, where our founder Karin owned her own flower shop. It all started with designing flower cards sold in her own shop. Karin then expanded to selling them to florists across Sweden. Over time, she started to think about the idea of designing her own series of pots, as she felt there was an interest in scandinavian design. This led to the creation of the first DBKD pot. With hard work, creativity, and joy, we’ve since grown into one of Scandinavia’s top brands in pots and decor, expanding to Europe, the USA, and even Asia.

In the DBKD family, everyone is equally valued, dedicated, and focused on our shared goals. It’s not that complicated – we simply do what we love and believe in. Maybe it’s that simple. Located amidst inspiring landscapes, we draw inspiration from our surroundings while staying true to our roots. Our designs feature simple shapes, playful details, and muted tones, always prioritizing sustainability and functionality.
